Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Head of Campus and staff
- Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and guests
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including data entry and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and the community
- Support the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
- Relevant certificate/degree and/or previous administration experience
- Experience working in a school environment (desirable)
- Understanding of service provision to marginalized young people, particularly within the alternate education sector
- High level of verbal and written communication skills, including participating in meeting processes, report writing, and negotiation skills
- Comprehensive experience with computer applications, including databases, word processing, spreadsheets, email, and web technology
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitask, prioritize workload, work autonomously, and in an integrated manner as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Edmund Rice charism
