Job Title

Track Force Protection Coordinator

We are seeking a coordinator to oversee Safeworking planning, control, and compliance during track possessions. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on rail safety.

  • Ensure adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and control Safeworking resources during track possessions, including contract resources
  • Oversee the safe and effective delivery of routine maintenance, renewals, and upgrades of railway assets
  • Optimize Safeworking plans to maximize rail safety, increase time on tools, and minimize disruptions to rail operations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated Rail Operational Safeworking experience, including supervision in large environments
  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne Railway Network, Incident management and reporting, Book of Operating Rules and Procedures (1994), and Work on Track Safeworking competency management
