Trade Assistant/Store Person Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Trade Assistants and Store Persons to join our clients' team in Brisbane. As a Trade Assistant/Store Person, you will have the opportunity to work on various workshop and site-based projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Using hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks, spray painting, measuring, marking up, cutting, drilling, grinding, sanding, heavy lifting, and manual handling.
  • Reading and interpreting drawings to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
  • Demonstrating mechanical aptitude to assist tradespeople with their tasks.
  • Operating forklifts and gantry (highly desirable) to transport goods efficiently.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:

  • Packing products according to company standards.
  • Interpreting parts and instructions to complete tasks accurately.
