We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Randstad Polska. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients make informed business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify areas for data quality improvement and propose solutions to enhance data reliability.
• Develop and maintain data cleansing tools and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform user acceptance testing on new and existing data management functionalities to ensure seamless delivery and user experience.
• Optimize data processes to ensure data quality and reliability.

• Requirements:
• Fluent English language skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a business environment performing analysis.
• Intermediate level of Excel skills.
• Understanding of Master Data Management concepts and tools.
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI (desirable).
• Working experience in SQL.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of project cycle phases.
