Job Summary

Empire Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team. As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our Directors and team in the preparation and management of Family Law cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare court documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents
  • Deal with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met
  • Upload documents to the Portal, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Assist in trial preparation, including the preparation of Briefs to Counsel and lists of documents
  • Manage billings, diaries, and other administrative tasks
  • Organize meetings and coordinate with other team members as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Family Law Paralegal or Family Law Legal Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of Family Law and court procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
