About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Plumbing at our Balmain branch.

As a School-based Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing the Reece values and policies
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Contributing to maintaining a high standard of the branch

About You:

We are looking for someone with good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

As a School-based Trainee, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays.
