Your Qualities

Daily Responsibilities
In the role of Care Support Specialist, you will foster an environment where client choice is paramount in a supported independent living (SIL) context. This involves assisting our clients in building and living the life they envision. Each residence has its own unique character and flow.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care and administering medications
- Utilizing manual handling equipment to assist clients with mobility
- Accompanying clients to appointments and following specialized plans
- Adapting communication methods to engage non-verbal clients
