Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Respect Aged Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and inclusive activities for our residents.

• Develop and implement social care plans that cater to individual residents' needs and preferences.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate activities programs to promote physical, social, cultural, and spiritual well-being.
• Maintain resources and materials necessary for the activities program.
• Create newsletters, activity notices, and other correspondence to keep residents informed.
• Support the General Manager in recruiting, delegating, and mentoring volunteers.

• Certificate III or IV in aged care or a related field.
• A current National Police Certificate and NDIS check (or ability to acquire).

• A competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
