The Customer Service Lead role is a pivotal position within our retail operations.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and working closely with a supportive leadership team, this role offers outstanding opportunities for career growth in Retail Management. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

About You
  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar within a retail environment, preferably with homewares knowledge
  • Strong people leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, achieve targets, and monitor key performance indicators
  • Experience in performance management and getting the best from your team will be highly valued
  • Superior customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Strong business acumen with excellent time management skills
