Event Services Captain Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the smooth execution of events.

This role involves supervising and guiding team members with on-the-job training and development, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.

  • Oversight of event floor service flow and maintenance of performance standards.
  • Providing suggestions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven time management skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Able to build productive relationships and manage change effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation.
