Financial Counselling Trainer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate financial counsellor to join our vocational training team.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in financial counselling, equipping future professionals to make a positive impact in their local community.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse cohorts of learners, designing and delivering engaging training programs that meet the needs of modern professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

The Financial Counselling Trainer will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions that cater to the needs of various learners
  • Source relevant training materials to ensure industry relevance and learner engagement
  • Assess and provide constructive feedback to learners
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS THE SALVATION ARMY
  • Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of RTO activities, identifying key learnings and recommendations for strategic planning
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Relevant Financial Counselling qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience supporting diverse cohorts of learners, on campus and online
