Central Queensland Public Health is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals dedicated to delivering public health services across the region.
The Project Coordinator supports the coordination of clinical trials by collaborating with the Research Development Coordinator, Principal Investigator, and Associate Investigators. They adhere to international guidelines for Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and Australian laws and regulations.
This role requires effective relationship-building, autonomy, and meticulous documentation. The Project Coordinator works closely with the Clinical Trial team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating clinical trials in collaboration with investigators and research staff;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation;
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders; and
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as health science, public health, or management;
- Experience in coordinating clinical trials or a related field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills; and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
