Job Description: General RadiographerWe are seeking a General Radiographer to join our team at our South Brisbane clinic on a permanent Full-time or Part Time basis. This position offers a diverse workload with opportunities to support Imaging Services including General X Ray & CT.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Provide compassionate patient care, prioritising patient welfare and confidentiality.
- Procedure Performance: Interpret radiological requests and perform procedures in compliance with legislation and departmental policies.
- Image Quality: Maintain optimal image quality and ensure examinations deliver diagnostic information relevant to clinic requirements.
- Professional Development: Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques and advancements.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Prior experience as a Radiographer in General X-Ray and CT (we are open to new grads).
- Hold the appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography and will have a current AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to high-quality patient-centred care.
