About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspiring Lead Educator to join our team at Early Years Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality education programs that empower independent little learners and nurture their inquisitive minds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure a high-quality learning environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
  • Contribute to the development of a vibrant and inclusive centre culture
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and research to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in children's Services as approved by ACECQA
  • Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF
  • Prior experience and confidence in leading an age group setting and writing educational programs
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to guide and mentor peers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
