The Maintenance Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by providing proactive and reactive maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily checks on plant, equipment, and buildings to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage all required maintenance duties and tasks, including refurbishment projects.
- Perform general maintenance/handyman duties or work across other trade areas within skill level as required.
The ideal candidate will have relevant trade experience and strong communication skills. Previous experience in commercial facility maintenance is desirable but not necessary.
- Relevant trade qualifications (Plumbing, Mechanical fitter, electrical or Carpentry).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
