Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to join our team as a Middle School Teacher. This is a full-time ongoing role, commencing Term 1, 2026 at our Corio Campus.

The successful candidate will have the highest standards of professionalism, work well in teams and have the ability to create a vibrant learning environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in Inquiry learning, Reggio Emilia Philosophy, and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP).

As a member of our school community, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that prioritizes wellbeing, creativity, adventure, and academic rigour. You will have opportunities to develop your skills and expertise through training and professional development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote student engagement and motivation
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment strategies that align with the school's vision and goals
Requirements
  • Qualified teacher with a strong background in Primary Education
  • Experience in Inquiry learning, Reggio Emilia Philosophy, and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
