Effective management is crucial for the success of any organization. As a Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational management at our Corporate Facility.
About the Role- This is a full-time position that requires expertise in security solutions and team management.
- You will be responsible for managing a team of 13 officers and ensuring their operational responsibilities are met efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, including management of a small to medium-sized team. You should possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager who can develop and maintain security documentation, manage staffing performance, and implement security directives.
Key Responsibilities- Nominated First aider and Chief Fire Warden
- Control Room Operations
- Reporting on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Manage administrative tasks while meeting regulatory requirements
- Plan, organize and direct daily activities
- Maintain and update site documentation
- Oversee the performance and operational responsibilities of allocated staffing
