The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

  • Motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in managing store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of leadership and retail management experience.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and continuously evolving to achieve great results.
  • A passion for service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests.
  • Knowledge of Arc'teryx products and a passion for the outdoors.

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
