Dental Support Professional

Maven Dental Cairns City is seeking a Casual Receptionist to join our team. Our large city practice has a general anaesthetic facility operating weekly.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a dental assistant or receptionist, with experience in D4W software and basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book efficiently
- Handle patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Perform dental assisting tasks on an ad hoc basis as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous
- Experience in D4W software and basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with file keeping and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
