Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using languages such as Java or .NET. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases. Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools. Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Business Analysis (BA): Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements. Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decisions. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 to 6 months of relevant experience (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, .NET, etc.) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Understanding of QA methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
