About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Section Waiter to join our team at Sofitel Adelaide. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of luxurious.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Follow proper sequence of service with efficiency and personal flair, maintaining product knowledge of all menus and beverage lists.
  • Strive to provide total customer satisfaction by attending to guests' requests quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and exceptional food quality.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role, within a high-end dining setting.
  • Recognized wine service and formal a la carte training highly valued.
  • Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service.
  • Availability across a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid South Australian RSA.
  • Full Australian working rights.
