We are seeking a skilled professional to join our bushland team and contribute to the rehabilitation and conservation of urban bushland.
This role will involve implementing field operations, conducting bush regeneration practices, supervising and managing contractors and volunteers, and coordinating volunteer programs and activities.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification and demonstrated experience in ecological restoration, including assisted regeneration, revegetation, and large scale weed control. They will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing bushland field operations
- Conducting bush regeneration practices
- Supervising and managing bush regeneration contractors and volunteers
- Coordinating volunteer programs and activities
The successful candidate will have knowledge of bush regeneration, conservation, and land management, as well as a customer-focused approach and ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
Requirements- Relevant qualification in ecological restoration or related field
- Demonstrated experience in ecological restoration, including assisted regeneration, revegetation, and large scale weed control
