Lead Medical Officer - Obstetrics & Gynaecology

The successful candidate will have a strong leadership presence and be able to effectively supervise and support doctors in training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vision and direction within a multi-disciplinary team of medical officers and midwives.
  • Supervise and mentor junior doctors, contributing to their professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior medical officers and hospital administrators to develop policies and procedures.

This 270-bed public hospital offers a range of specialist services, including Aged Care & Rehabilitation, Community Health, and Mental Health. The hospital has undergone recent redevelopment, with a new Emergency Department and Mental Health residential facility.
