About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Bras N Things Nowra store over the Christmas Period.

This is a casual role with flexible working hours, and we require employees to be available on weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods.

The role of a Christmas Casual:

  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers with a smile and helping them locate items.
  • Maintaining a well-presented store environment by replenishing stock and performing general upkeep tasks.
  • Creatively promoting a magical shopping experience during the best time of the year.
  • No prior experience necessary – comprehensive induction and training provided to set you up for success.

  • You love interacting with people and have the confidence to engage in conversations with customers and provide a memorable shopping experience.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities at the same time while focusing on what matters most.
  • You're able to manage your time effectively and work in a busy environment with confidence.
  • You're adaptable and proactive, knowing how to show initiative, problem solve, and ask questions when unsure.
