Job Summary

A Service Engineer is required to perform on-site assessments, routine maintenance and troubleshooting for water treatment systems ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.


The successful candidate will manage chemical dosing programs, monitor system performance across various industries such as mineral processing, food and beverage, and manufacturing.


Key responsibilities include supporting the installation and commissioning of water treatment systems, providing clients with technical reports and recommendations for system improvements and developing customised water treatment solutions.


This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude, excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site assessments, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for water treatment systems.
  • Manage chemical dosing programs and monitor system performance across industries.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of water treatment systems.
  • Provide clients with technical reports and recommendations for system improvements.
  • Develop customised water treatment solutions for RO and membrane filtration systems.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or trade background.
  • Experience in water treatment systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
  • Knowledge of chemical dosing programs, reverse osmosis, and water quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
