Job Title: Bartenders

Are you a skilled mixologist with a passion for delivering exceptional service?

As a bartender at our luxurious Arches Bar, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails and other refreshing drinks that exceed our guests' expectations. With your expertise in the art of cocktail craftsmanship, you will invent new recipes and perfect existing ones with your signature twist on traditional favorites.

In this role, you will take ownership of the guest experience through the flawless delivery of service and immaculate attention to detail in every aspect of the art of bartending. You will work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage Management team to ensure seamless operations and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks according to recipe and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of premium products and cocktails
  • Valid RSA competency card
