Bar Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our Melbourne CBD bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

The Role:

  • Manage bar stock, ordering and inventory control.
  • Oversee the training and management of bar staff.
  • Create procedures and recipes that showcase your creativity.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Ensure smooth service delivery and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Current RSA Certificate.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume bar setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
