Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Component Exchange Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our component exchange operations. As the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders to meet customer expectations.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail. They will also have experience working in a sales or service environment, preferably in a mining or construction culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to meet customer expectations
- Manage high-value transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with site teams and workshop operations to ensure efficient supply chain management
- Proactively identify and resolve problems, escalating issues as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service in a sales or service environment
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude to provide common understanding with site teams and workshop operations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, inventory management, and warehousing systems
  • Experience working in a mining or construction culture
