  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and other stakeholders to develop strategies that promote positive relationships and behaviors, and contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance student learning and wellbeing, and work with colleagues to implement initiatives that make a real difference.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong faith commitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. They will also have a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy and self-awareness, and be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
