Role Overview

We seek a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team, focusing on HVAC projects for various sectors.

Key Duties:

  1. Evaluate and prepare tender documentation, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
  2. Coordinate the creation of project scopes, drawings, specs and procurement schedules.
  3. Negotiate and finalize subcontract agreements.
  4. Monitor project expenditure, including subcontractor claims.
  5. Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants.
  6. Oversee the project's HSE system.

Essential Criteria

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in an Australian HVAC company.
  2. Mechanical engineering background with knowledge of HVAC design and estimating.
  3. Desirable: experience in commercial, healthcare, education or industrial projects.
  4. Familiarity with the NSW HVAC construction market and subcontractors.
  5. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
