Lead Educator Role

This key position is designed for an experienced professional to drive educational excellence and foster a supportive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality early childhood education, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

The ideal Lead Educator will possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a passion for mentoring and guiding colleagues.

We are seeking someone who can effectively build relationships with children, families, and staff, while promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma Qualification in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an Educator within an Early Childhood service, working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
  • First Aid certificate
