**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As the key holder of operational planning and control, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless flight operations and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of operational management systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure schedule integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Manage disruption to services and determine appropriate courses of action to minimize impact on the operation.
- Coordinate charter services to support clients' needs.
- Ensure slot compliance at all applicable airports.
- Maintain accurate documentation as per the Emergency Response Plan and Transport Security Manual.
- Optimize aircraft rotations to match passenger, crew, port, engineering, and other operational requirements.


**Requirements:**

- Cross-functional knowledge of the industry.
- Working knowledge of operational and crew management systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly developed problem-solving ability.
- Solid experience within an Operations Control Centre environment.
- Proven track record within a high-pressure operational environment.
