About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced forklift operator to join our team at Programmed. As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating counterbalance and high reach forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, and preparing client orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts to move materials around the warehouse
  • Load and unload trucks to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Prepare client orders by selecting and packaging products
  • Liaise with clients to update order progress and resolve any issues
  • Coordinate couriers and pickups to ensure smooth logistics
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Contribute to general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
  • Hold a valid LF Licence
  • LO Licence advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience operating a forklift and/or Stock Picker
  • A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
  • Strong work history in a warehouse role
  • Physically fit to lift up to 25 kgs
  • Self-motivated
  • Safety-focused
  • Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
