We are seeking an accomplished retail professional to lead our team in a dynamic optical store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations and embed organizational values

2. Implement roster adjustments and drive sales through performance metrics

3. Coach and develop the retail team in delivering exceptional customer service standards

4. Assist the team with customer service, pre-testing, and dispensing

5. Collaborate with senior management in resolving customer complaints

6. Maintain store presentation standards and stock management

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2. Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers

3. Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Experience:

A minimum of one year of experience in Optics is required
