The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Façade Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing project specifications, plans, drawings, and schedules to accurately select suitable façade products and suites.
  • Preparing and compiling detailed and accurate estimates, tenders, and budgets to meet project specifications and customer timelines.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing façade, bespoke assemblies, and facade product technical assistance.
  • Communicating and interacting with internal teams, including engineers, drafters, and project managers.
  • Accurately reviewing contracts with comprehensive comparison to tender submission.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Certificate III in Glass and Glazing, or equivalent facades, windows, and doors product and installation knowledge and experience.
  • Qualification in Business, Sales, or Estimating (desirable).
  • At least 5 years of Estimating and Sales experience working in related façade, envelope, or contract glazing sector.
  • A strong understanding and application of NCC, relevant Australian standards, and performance requirements.
  • Energetic and deadline-focused with excellent attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills at all levels of industry, both written and verbal.
  • Expert in utilising Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel.
  • Construction white card and driver's license.
