Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and safety-driven Mechanical Tradesperson to join our Country Maintenance team. This role involves delivering preventative and corrective maintenance on bulk handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with the possibility of overtime. The successful candidate will be based in Avon (Northam) and required to travel throughout receival sites, including York, Greenhills, Quairading and Calingiri.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining equipment, including elevators, conveyors, fixed and portable machinery as well as diesel equipment. They will also be able to complete basic administrative tasks using SAP software.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Completing administrative tasks using SAP software
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Trade Certificate in Mechanical or related discipline
  • Ability to travel between sites in the zone
  • An unrestricted Driver's Licence (MR preferred)
  • Experience working at heights, in confined spaces and in areas of high dust concentration
  • Experience using SAP software (desired)
  • A High Risk Work Card, DG, CV, LF and WP (desired)
