About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated education professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and achievement
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions as needed

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
