As a Store Operations Manager, you will oversee and lead the daily store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the leadership team to manage store operations and achieve success
  • Coach and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure a safe work environment by prioritizing safety protocols
  • Set a positive example for the team and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Participate in opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience or a willingness to take on a leadership role
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience with sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
  • Ideal candidate will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's license are necessary
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including handling products of a heavy nature
  • Prioritize safety above all else
