Holistic Home Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and support, with a strong focus on ensuring the health, happiness, independence, interests, and choices of our clients are met.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and showering
- Assisting clients to continue living well and positively (e.g., transport to appointments, help at home)
- Domestic assistance, including household chores and meal preparation
- Engaging in social activities as required

Requirements for this role include:
- Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications and experience
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
- Annual flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
- First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Queensland driver licence and own reliable vehicle for work use
