Global Treasury Job Opportunity

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to manage transactional banking, supplier payments, employee expense reimbursement, purchasing card, virtual credit cards, and other finance functions.

The ideal candidate will oversee teams and ensure efficient processes, maintaining control environment with appropriate segregation of duties. They will also perform audits and identify areas for improvement, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across locations.
  • Transaction Oversight: They will coordinate activities between onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless processing, managing user and vendor master data, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Customer Service: Effective management of internal and external queries is essential, as well as communication with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Control & Compliance Focus: Understanding best practice control environment and actively recommending control improvement opportunities are key responsibilities.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracy is crucial.
  • Team Support & Development: Providing support to other treasury teams as required, supporting and fostering a team environment and culture, and exceeding behavioural expectations are important aspects of the role.
