Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Frame and Truss Detailer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate detailing and estimation quantities for clients within agreed time frames.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality detail and estimation services to meet client requirements;
  • Collaborate with account managers to provide designs for timber frames, trusses, and floor systems;
  • Build strong relationships with clients across the residential construction industry;

  • Work in conjunction with a highly experienced detailing coordinator to ensure project success.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • Previous experience in building or estimating roles;
  • Strong understanding of building industry codes and products;
  • Proficiency in engineering and drawing programs, such as Pryda and CAD;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
