We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Manager to lead our premium womenswear boutique in Bowral. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and fostering a positive team environment.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed KPI targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional styling and customer service
• Lead and motivate a team of stylists to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets
• Manage inventory, reports, and wages to ensure efficient store operations
• Drive a positive culture and team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction

• Previous experience in luxury or premium womens fashion
• Strong communication and leadership skills to lead, coach, and influence the team
• Excellent store and personal presentation standards
• Incredible client relations and styling skills
• Ability to drive a positive culture and team environment
• Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business
• Proven history of exceeding store budgets and KPIs
• Ability to manage inventory, reports, and wages
