We are seeking an experienced and licensed Electrician to join our team at Chubb Fire & Security Australia. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, testing, and programming fire panels, cabling, alarm systems, and associated equipment on our clients' sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Survey customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment in accordance with Chubb Fire & Security procedures and processes.
  • Identify, test, service, and repair fire protection and safety systems and equipment in accordance with Chubb Fire & Security procedures and processes.
  • Complete and provide evidence of maintenance performed on equipment in an accurate and legible manner, using systems including Field Services handheld technology.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and processes.

About You

  • Experience working as an Electrical Technician in the Fire Protection industry.
  • Current Electrical license.
  • Unrestricted work rights.
  • Current Driver's license.
  • Current Cabling license.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.
  • A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment.
  • A Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme accreditation is ideal, but not mandatory.
  • EAHL is ideal, but not mandatory.
  • Great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base.
  • Adhoc FIFO opportunity for projects/maintenance.
