About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at a prominent hospitality venue in Brisbane. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 30+ staff members to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including FOH and admin responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality operations, with a strong background in bar or venue management

  • Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails, with the ability to make recommendations and drive sales
  • Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including days and evenings
