We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Macro Recruitment. As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent for our clients across various industries.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Hawthorn, Victoria. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to develop strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and selecting top talent for our clients
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
  • Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to negotiate and close deals
  • Assisting with the writing of job advertisements and assessing ad responses
  • Telephone screening of candidates and reference checking
Requirements
  • Past experience with high volume of outbound calling
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with great phone manners
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 per annum, plus commission, which can reach up to $80,000 in the first year. You will also have access to our extensive database of candidates and the opportunity to work with a reputable and award-winning recruitment agency.
