Boutique Manager

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our Doncaster location.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our customers while meeting financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the activewear industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
