About the Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to empower individuals with abilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

You will be part of a large team working across 11 countries, contributing to a global health and human services organisation that has been transforming lives since 1994.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Employment Opportunities: Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Skills Development: Support participants to identify skills to become job ready
  • Service Delivery: Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Employability Enhancement: Enhance participants employability through training and support service referrals
  • Personalised Job Plans: Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

You will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, achieving great outcomes and making a difference together.

We hire driven individuals who are solution-focused with a can-do approach, motivated to go above and beyond for their participants. They have excellent communication skills and demonstrate composure and adaptability through daily challenges.

We find people with backgrounds in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration well-suited for this role.

We provide full training, helping you turn your transferable skills into a new career in Employment Services.

To be considered, you will have:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Able to complete a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
