**Customer Service Representative Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience at our bakery café.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to develop your communication skills, build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and responding promptly to their needs
  • Assist customers with queries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the café
  • Promote new products and campaigns effectively
  • Support other team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Utilize excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Previous hospitality experience is essential for this role, with barista experience preferred but not required

The successful applicant will be available to work a range of shifts between 5:30am and 6pm over a 7-day period.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a customer-focused attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
