Job Summary

The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spare Parts Management: Coordinate the supply of manufacturing components to the spare parts division, supporting aftermarket service needs. Ensure accurate and timely order processing, stock allocation, and shipment of components to the spare parts team.
  • PFEP Database Management: Maintain and update the PFEP database, ensuring accurate records of parts, suppliers, lead times, and storage locations. Analyze PFEP data to identify opportunities for improving material flow, reducing inventory costs, and enhancing efficiency.
  • Phase In and Out Management: Manage the introduction of new components into production and ensure seamless integration into the spare parts supply chain. Oversee the phase-out of obsolete components, ensuring minimal waste and proper stock depletion strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, especially inventory management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power App) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing multiple priorities.
