Electrical Project Lead

At Monadelphous, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Lead to oversee the successful delivery of our major construction project at Western Range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the electrical workforce.
  • Monitor work practices and coach employees to adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
  • Review and manage performance issues in accordance with Monadelphous procedures.
  • Communicate with client representatives to inform them on project progress and resolve any issues.
  • Plan and organise work to meet project requirements and promote productivity.
  • Adhere to site rules and inspire the team to work safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and delegate work to the team.

Requirements:

  • An Electrical trade qualification.
  • Current WA Electrical Licence.
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Supervisory experience on major oil & gas projects working for top-tier construction contractors.
  • A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety.
  • Proven leadership capabilities developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team.
  • An innovative approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and successful delivery methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively.
  • A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
